Categories of data processed
The website may process contact form data, assessment request data, discovery call or booking data, email communication data, technical server logs, consent records and optional analytics data where analytics tools are configured and accepted. Newsletter and recruiting data are not processed unless a real newsletter or careers flow is implemented.
Invitation-only WhatsApp integration test
YONIX is testing the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform with Meta's test number and the account owner's registered test recipient. This is a technical test, not a live customer journey. If you send a test reply, Meta processes your WhatsApp number and message under its own terms. YONIX's current test system receives the sender's WhatsApp number, message text or button choice, Meta message identifier, receipt time and identifiers used to detect duplicate messages. These records are held in a separate local test database to verify and troubleshoot the connection. This test does not update customer journey progress, XP or customer results, and YONIX does not use test messages for marketing or AI model training. The test database has no automatic deletion schedule; records remain until manually removed after the pilot. A defined retention period, participant notice and legal review are required before adding other participants or using this integration in production. Purposes and legal bases
YONIX processes data to respond to inquiries, prepare discovery calls or AI opportunity assessments, operate and secure the website, maintain consent records and improve the website with optional analytics after consent. Depending on context, legal bases may include consent, pre-contractual communication, legitimate interest in website operation and security, and legal obligations where applicable.
Recipients and processors
Hosting: Contabo, Europe. Booking provider: Cal.com, loaded only after external media consent or via a direct booking link. Email provider: not documented in this public company data source. Form / lead provider: no separate provider has been documented; forms are handled through the website server-side flow. Analytics and marketing providers: only if configured in the consent registry and accepted by the visitor. CRM provider: no CRM provider has been documented for this website.

For client projects, any use of AI providers, model access, data handling, roles, safeguards and retention must be defined separately in customer contracts, data processing agreements and project agreements.

Some providers may process data outside Morocco or the European Economic Area depending on their configuration. Transfer safeguards, processor roles and contract terms must be verified during legal review. YONIX treats Moroccan Loi 09-08 / CNDP context and European GDPR expectations as relevant considerations without claiming certification or full legal compliance.
